Introduction

Within wolkvox Manager, there is a Reports module that allows you to query historical operation information, such as agent metrics, calls, services, classifications, and other operational indicators.

From this section, you can generate customized reports based on a date range, choose different report groups, view the information directly in the interface, or export it in XLS or HTML files for external analysis.

Reports allow you to analyze the behavior of the operation, evaluate performance, and obtain key information for decision-making.

Note: Reports can only be generated within the same month. Therefore, the selected Start Date and End Date must belong to the same month.

Generate Report

  1. In wolkvox Manager, go to the left sidebar menu. Click on the "Reports" button.
  2. In the left panel of the reports module, select "Start Date" and "End Date."
    • Important: Both dates must correspond to the same month.
  3. Below the date range, you will find the available report groups. You can use the side arrows to navigate through them. Select the group containing the type of report you want to generate.
  4. Once you have chosen the group, a list of available reports will appear. Select the report you want to generate.
  5. In the bottom left of the module, you will find a dropdown arrow that allows you to select the report format.
  6. The available formats are:
    1. View: Displays the report directly in the table on the right side of the interface.
    2. XLS: Downloads the report in a Microsoft Excel file.
    3. HTML: Downloads the report in an HTML file.
  7. After selecting the desired format, click "Generate Report."
  8. If you selected "View," the report will be displayed directly in the table located on the right side of the interface, where you can view the generated metrics.

If you selected "XLS," an Excel XLS file with the generated report will be automatically downloaded.

If you selected "HTML," an HTML file with the generated report will be automatically downloaded.

Export a Report from the Generated View

If you first generated the report in view mode, you can also export it afterward:

  1. Right-click on the report table. Select the Export option.
  2. Choose the desired format:
    • HTML
    • XLS

Note: The system will generate the corresponding file with the report information.

Note on File Location

Reports generated in XLS or HTML format will be automatically saved in the following system path: C:\ipdialbox\rep

From this folder, you can access the files generated by the system again.
