Description
wolkvox implements secure data deletion procedures as part of its Information Security Management System (ISMS), ensuring that data is irretrievably deleted in accordance with security standards. According to ISMS guidelines, clients are responsible for managing the databases they upload to wolkvox services, including their deletion upon termination of the contract.
Once customers confirm the download of their data, wolkvox relies on the secure deletion service of Google Cloud Platform (GCP), its cloud provider, to ensure that the information is permanently and securely deleted, complying with the highest data protection standards.
