New Comprehensive View of WhatsApp Templates in wolkvox Agent

In wolkvox Agent, the visualization of WhatsApp templates sent by agents within the platform's chat has been optimized, offering a much more complete representation of what the client actually receives in the conversation.

Now, when an agent sends a WhatsApp template previously configured and approved in META, the system directly displays key elements of that template in the agent's chat, such as the name of the sent template, the included buttons, and the multimedia configured in the header. This allows the interaction to be seen not just as a simple text message, but as a much more faithful view of the content delivered to the end user.

The images show that the template is presented within the conversation with its visible structure, including multimedia headers like images or videos, the identifying name of the template, and the interactive options available to the client. With this, the agent can better understand the exact message sent and what response or action alternatives the user has available on WhatsApp.

This improvement strengthens conversation traceability and provides more operational clarity during service, especially in scenarios where multiple templates or follow-up flows with buttons and multimedia content are used.
