In wolkvox Manager, there is now a new API that allows adding clients to the DNC (Do Not Call) list of a specific predictive campaign, enabling much more precise control over which contacts should no longer be managed in that particular context.
With this capability, it is possible to stop attempting to contact specific individuals within a predictive campaign without affecting other active campaigns or the general contact base. This means the restriction applies only to the indicated campaign, while the rest of the initiatives continue to function normally.
Additionally, the API allows sending multiple contacts in a single request, making management more efficient when dealing with group blocks, complete lists, or mass requirements to exclude contacts from a specific campaign. This way, updating the DNC status can be done more swiftly and in a controlled manner.
This new feature also adds value from an operational and compliance perspective, as it facilitates quick action on contacts that should no longer receive dialing attempts in a specific campaign, reducing the risk of unwanted persistence and strengthening the segmented management of exclusions.

In wolkvox Manager, it is now possible to check the health status of WhatsApp API Cloud connectors that are already integrated into the operation. This new capability allows you to directly review the current line quality from the platform, without relying on external queries or additional manual processes.
The process is simple: the user enters the WhatsApp connector configuration within the Omni Channel section, edits the integrated account, and in the Line Quality field, presses the Update button. At that moment, the system performs the query through the API and displays the current quality rating on the screen, for example, High, reflecting how recipients are receiving the messages sent from that number.
This visibility is especially important for managing WhatsApp campaigns, as the line's reputation directly impacts the sending capacity, particularly for marketing templates. If the number's quality declines, Meta may apply restrictions or temporary blocks. Therefore, having this real-time indicator within wolkvox Manager facilitates more proactive monitoring of the channel.
