Answer (Solution / Recommendation)
In wolkvox Manager, it is not possible to manually delete an agent, as their information is linked to system metrics and reports. However, you can disable (deactivate/suspend) them to prevent access to the platform and receiving interactions. If an agent remains disabled for 6 months, the system will automatically delete their user. If you need to reuse the user before it is deleted, you can re-enable it by following the same steps and changing the status to Active.
To disable an agent, follow these steps:
- Go to the "Agents & Skills" section in the left sidebar menu of wolkvox Manager.
- Select the "Agents" tab.
- Find the agent in the listing table and right-click on them.
- In the pop-up window, select the "Enabled / Disabled" option.

The disabled agent will appear in red and will not be able to access wolkvox Agent or receive calls or chats.
