Introduction
The integration of Facebook forms (Lead Ads) with wolkvox CRM allows the information captured in your advertising campaigns to be automatically stored in the "Potential Customers" (Leads) module of your CRM, without manual processes.
For this functionality to operate correctly, you must have:
- wolkvox CRM
- wolkvox Manager
- A Facebook page integrated into wolkvox Manager
- The default "Potential Customers" module created in wolkvox CRM
Important: The questions created in the Facebook form must have exactly the same name as the fields created in the "Potential Customers" module in wolkvox CRM. They must also match the names configured in the integration in wolkvox Manager. The captured data will always be saved in the Leads (Potential Customers) module.
Configuration
Step 1: Create the Form in Meta Business Manager
- Log in to Meta Business Manager.
- Go to Lead Ads Forms: [Click here]
- Click on "All Tools."

Select "Instant Forms."

Click on "Create Form."

Select "New Form" and press "Next."

Step 2: Configure the Form Questions
Click on "Add Question."

- Add the required fields:
- Name.
- Email.
- Phone.
- You can add additional custom questions.
- Very important: The title of each question must be exactly the same as the name of the field created in:
- The "Potential Customers" module in wolkvox CRM.
- The integration configuration in wolkvox Manager.
- If the names do not match exactly, the data will not be saved correctly.

Step 3: Generate the Token in wolkvox CRM
Before continuing with the integration in wolkvox Manager:
- Log in to wolkvox CRM.
- Generate an Internal type Token.

Save this token, you will need it later.
Step 4: Integrate the Facebook Page in wolkvox Manager
- Log in to your operation in wolkvox Manager.
- Integrate your Facebook page (if you haven't already).
- You can consult the procedure: [Click here]
- Required permission: During integration, ensure that the following permission is enabled:
- "Access leads for your pages."
- Then click "Done."
- Without this permission, the Lead Ads integration will not work.

Step 5: Configure the Integration in wolkvox Manager
- Once the page is integrated:
- Go to the configuration of your Facebook page in wolkvox Manager.
- Fill in the required fields:
- Name (CRM).
- Phone (CRM).
- Email (CRM).
- Paste the Token generated in wolkvox CRM.
- Click "Save."

Step 6: Configure the Fields in wolkvox CRM
Now you must ensure that the fields exist correctly in the "Potential Customers" module. Go to wolkvox CRM:
- Go to: "Settings."
- Select the "Customize" tab.
- Select the "Modules and Fields" sub-tab.
- Select the "Potential Customers" module.
- Go to the "Fields" section.
- Click "Add Field."

- In the "New Field" window, you must configure:
- Field name:
- Must be exactly the same as the title of the question in Facebook.
- Avoid hyphens (-). Use spaces.
- Type: Select the correct type (text, email, phone, etc.).
- Field name:
- Click "Confirm."
- Repeat the process for each custom field you have created in the Facebook form.

Step 7: Test the Integration
- To validate that everything works correctly:
- Use Meta's official Lead Ads testing tool: [Click here]
- Create a test lead.
- Verify that the record is automatically created in the Potential Customers module of wolkvox CRM.
