Introduction

The “Get Predictive Variables” component allows you to capture and initialize customer information within the flow from a call originated by a predictive-type campaign. With this, you can reuse that data in subsequent components (for example, to personalize messages, make routing decisions, or attach context for an agent).

This component is within the Predictive group and is only available for Voice routing points.

Configuration

  1. Double-left-click on the component to open its information panel.
  2. In the information panel, you will see a list of reserved wolkvox system variables. These variables cannot be renamed or edited from the component. The goal is for them to be available for later use in your flow logic. The component lists (and initializes) the following variables:
    • Customer Data:
      • $va_pred_nombre_cliente, $va_pred_apellido_cliente, $va_pred_tipo_doc, $va_pred_id_cliente, $va_pred_edad, $va_pred_sexo, $va_pred_email
    • Location:
      • $va_pred_pais, $va_pred_departamento, $va_pred_ciudad, $va_pred_zona, $va_pred_direccion
    • Optional CSV fields:
      • $va_pred_opt1 → $va_pred_opt12
    • Phone numbers:
      • $va_pred_tel1 → $va_pred_tel10, $va_pred_tel_extra
    • Campaign/Interaction data:
      • $va_pred_id_agent, $va_pred_fecha, $va_pred_llamadas, $va_pred_id_call, $va_pred_rellamada, $va_pred_resultado, $va_pred_cod_rslt1, $va_pred_cod_rslt2, $va_id_campaing
    • Variables associated with AMD and operator:
      • $amd (HUMAN or MACHINE), $amdwords (0–10 detected segments), $amdhit ('YES' if the audio matches the trained pattern, 'NO' otherwise), $operator (CLARO, VODAFONE, IPHONE, etc…)
