Introduction

In complex flows, it is common for connection lines to cross or be too close together, making the design difficult to read and maintain. The “Stone” component in wolkvox Studio helps you visually organize these paths by creating intermediate link points without altering the flow logic. It is purely a design component, but it can make a significant difference in the clarity of your routing.

This component is available for all types of routing points and Agent Scripting and is located within the “Design” component group.

Configuration

Identify the paths you need to organize.

It does not have a configuration panel: you do not need to open it or define parameters; it works solely as a connector.

  • From the source component, drag the output arrow to the “Stone” instead of leading it directly to the next component.
    • Repeat this step with each branch you want to organize.
    • The Stone becomes a visual pass-through point: the logic does not change, only the order of the diagram.
  • From the Stone, drag the output arrow to the corresponding component (for example, a Message, an End, a Transfer skill, etc.).
  • You can use multiple “Stones” if you need to separate groups of paths or create more symmetrical and easy-to-read layouts.
  • If you compare the image of the flow without Stones with the final image where Stones are used, you will see how the visual clarity of the design improves.
