How to use the 'Search by ANI in Predictive' component in wolkvox Studio

Introduction
The “Search by ANI in Predictive” component allows you to query by telephone number (ANI) within the predictive campaigns loaded in the wolkvox Manager configuration. When the system finds the ANI in any campaign, it links the record fields and brings their values into the flow, saving them in a set of reserved (predefined) wolkvox variables.
This is useful when a customer arrives through any channel and you need to enrich the conversation with data that already exists in a predictive campaign (for example: name, document, city, segment, etc.). This component is in the Predictive group and is available for Voice, Interaction, Chat, and CRM + Webhook routing points.
Configuration
- Double-left-click on the component to open its information panel.
- The component initializes (if there is an ANI match) variables such as:

Customer Data:
- $va_pred_nombre_cliente, $va_pred_apellido_cliente, $va_pred_tipo_doc, $va_pred_id_cliente, $va_pred_edad, $va_pred_sexo, $va_pred_email

- $va_pred_pais, $va_pred_departamento, $va_pred_ciudad, $va_pred_zona, $va_pred_direccion

- $amd (HUMAN/MACHINE), $amdwords (0–10 detected segments), $amdhit ('YES' if the audio matches the trained pattern, 'NO' otherwise), $operator (CLARO, VODAFONE, IPHONE, etc…)
