How to Use the 'Transfer' (Voice) Component in wolkvox Studio

Introduction
The **"Transfer"** component allows you to send a call to a specific number, whether it's an internal extension within your operation or an external mobile phone number. It is ideal when you need a call to exit the automated flow and be handled directly by an agent at their extension or on their mobile phone.
This component belongs to the **Basics** group and is available only in **Voice-type routing points**.
Configuration
- Double-click the **Transfer** component to open its configuration window (right panel).
- In the **"Transfer to Number"** field, enter one of the following:
- Internal Extension: This corresponds to the agent's ID configured in your **wolkvox Manager** operation.
- Mobile Number: You can enter a mobile phone number to transfer the call outside the operation (e.g., to an agent's personal mobile phone who is working in the field).
- Once the destination number is defined, click **"Save Transfer"** to apply the changes.
