How to Use the 'Response' Component in wolkvox Studio

Introduction
The "Response" component in wolkvox Studio allows sending a response to an interaction generated by a client within an Interaction Routing type routing point. This type of routing point is used to design service flows associated with channels such as comments on posts from Facebook and Instagram pages integrated into the operation, and emails integrated into the operation.
This component is found within the "Basic" components group, and its main function is to define the message with which the operation will respond to the client's interaction. Additionally, it includes an option to respond via direct message when the interaction comes from Facebook or Instagram.
Configuration
- Double-click on the component to open its configuration panel.
- In the panel, you will find the "Interaction Response" field. There, you must write the content of the response that will be sent to the client.
- This field defines the message that the flow will use to respond to the received interaction, whether it is a comment on Facebook or Instagram, or an email, depending on the channel from which the contact came.

Reply via Direct (Facebook and Instagram only): When you activate this option, the response will be sent through the corresponding direct channel according to the origin of the interaction:
- Instagram Direct, if the interaction comes from Instagram.
- Facebook Messenger, if the interaction comes from Facebook.
- This option does not apply to the email channel.
- After making the changes, click on "Save" to apply the component configuration.
- Once configured, the Response component will allow the flow to automatically respond to the client's interaction with the content defined in the Interaction Response field, using the corresponding channel according to the origin of the contact and, if configured, sending the response via direct message on Facebook or Instagram.
