Introduction
You need a solution to store and manage your contact center operation databases directly on Wolkvox servers, aiming to centralize all information and avoid managing databases through external tools while maintaining the security and availability of your data.
In contact center operations, managing large volumes of customer, campaign, and interaction data is crucial. Traditionally, this may involve using external databases that require their own administration and maintenance. Wolkvox MySQL offers an alternative that centralizes this information on Wolkvox's own servers, simplifying infrastructure and ensuring data consistency. This service is designed for users with MySQL language knowledge who want to leverage Wolkvox's capacity to store their databases directly.
Configuration
Wolkvox MySQL is a service that allows you to store your operation databases directly on Wolkvox servers. By activating this service, all your information is centralized, eliminating the need to manage databases through external tools and providing more direct and secure access to your data.
