How to Configure Web Chat Widgets to Send Customers an Email with the Conversation History in wolkvox Manager

Introduction
In wolkvox Manager, you can enable a general setting for web chat widgets to send customers an email with the conversation history. This option is useful when you want users to keep a record of the chat after the interaction ends. The email will be sent to the email address provided by the customer when filling out the web chat widget form.
This configuration applies generally to all web chat widgets created in the operation.
Configuration
Follow these steps to activate the email sending with the conversation history:
- Log in to wolkvox Manager. Click on the "Settings" button, located in the top right corner.
- In the settings window, go to the "Omni Channel" tab.
- Then select the "Web Chat" tab.
- Ensure the "Disable Widget" toggle is activated, as this allows the interface for managing these general settings to remain active.
- Click on the vertical three-dot button to open the general chat channel configuration window.

- Within the pop-up window, scroll down to find the "SEND EMAIL" section.
- Activate the toggle in this section to enable sending the email with the conversation history to the customer.
- Click on "Save" to save the changes.
