How to Disable or Enable Chat Transfers in wolkvox Manager
Table of Contents
Introduction
In wolkvox Manager, you can control whether agents are allowed to transfer chat conversations during service. This configuration applies to chat channels managed from wolkvox, such as Web Chat Widget and WhatsApp.
By default, chat transfers are enabled. However, from the general Web Chat configuration, you can disable three types of transfers: between agents, between skills, and between routing points.
Configuration
- Log in to wolkvox Manager and click the "Configuration" button, located in the top right menu of the interface.
- Then, go to the "Omni Channel" tab.
- Select the "Web Chat" option.
- Within this section, locate the button with the three vertical dots icon, located in the top right corner of the widget configuration, and click on it.

- When the configuration window opens, scroll down to find the "DISABLE CHAT TRANSFER" section. This section controls the transfer options available during chat conversation service. There you will find three toggle options:
- Disable Transfer Between Agents: When this option is active, the agent will not be able to transfer the chat to another agent.
- Disable Transfer Between Skills: When this option is active, the agent will not be able to transfer the chat from one skill to another.
- Disable Transfer Between Routing Points: When this option is active, the agent will not be able to transfer the chat from one routing point to another routing point.
- Once you have adjusted the necessary options, click the "Save" button to save the configuration.
- Keep in mind that these toggles function as restrictions. That is, by activating them, you are disabling that type of transfer.
- If the toggle is off, the corresponding transfer remains enabled.
