How to use the 'Transfer to Router' component in wolkvox Studio

Introduction
The “Transfer to Router” component (also known as Transfer router) is used in chat flows to redirect information captured during the flow (stored in variables before reaching this component) to another routing point, allowing for continuity and more organized routing.
This component is only available for Chat-type routing points.
Configuration
- Double-left-click on the component on the canvas to open the configuration panel.
- In the “Router IVR” field (dropdown list), choose the routing point to which you want to transfer the variables.
- This list shows the routers available for transfer within the chat context.
- Note: This component does not send empty variables.
- Click on “Save Routing” to apply the selected destination.
