Introduction
wolkvox offers the wolkvox Agent Web application (previously called AgentBox) as a connection alternative for agents, with the same functionalities as wolkvox Agent Desktop (AgentBox-Desktop).
Similarly, the wolkvox Manager Web application is available, a browser-accessible version that allows administrators to manage operations without the need for local installation.
Although wolkvox Agent Web and wolkvox Agent Desktop offer the same functionalities, the same does not apply to wolkvox Manager.
There are certain functionalities that are only implemented in wolkvox Manager Desktop and are not yet available in the web version due to technical and infrastructure requirements.
For this reason, administrators are recommended to use the desktop version when it is necessary to access advanced functions or specific modules.

- For browser versions outside this range or browsers other than those mentioned, wolkvox does not guarantee the correct functioning of the applications and, therefore, will not provide technical support for related incidents.
- Versions listed as "Compatible" are certified as fully compatible.
- Versions outside the range of the last 3 months are not officially supported and may present errors or crashes.
- The recommended version is always the current version minus one month, to balance compatibility and stability.
Device Permissions
For the correct functioning of voice, video, and chat functions, it is necessary to enable browser permissions for the use of:
- Microphone.
- Web camera.
Internet Connection
- It is recommended to connect the workstation via Ethernet cable to ensure a stable connection and low latency.
- The use of WiFi is not recommended, as it can cause delays or interruptions during calls or active sessions.
Recommended Equipment
To ensure optimal call playback and recording quality:
- Use professional call center headsets with USB connection.
- Avoid using Bluetooth devices or built-in equipment, as they can cause interference or loss of voice transmission quality.
Screen Resolution
- A minimum resolution of 1366 × 768 pixels is recommended for full interface display.
- If any section exceeds the visible area, a lateral scroll bar will be automatically enabled.
Access Restriction
- Only users whose IP addresses are enabled will be able to access wolkvox modules and operations.
- If access is not possible, it is recommended to verify IP enablement with the wolkvox support team.
