Introduction

This document summarizes the capabilities, operational limits, retention periods, and purging rules of wolkvox services. Its purpose is to serve as a quick reference to understand the quantities supported by the platform, the restrictions that apply based on the type of server, and how long information or artifacts are retained before automatic purging.

What Are the Operational Limits on Dedicated Servers?

On dedicated servers, wolkvox manages the following operational conditions:

  • Simultaneous predictive campaigns: Maximum 4.
  • Records per campaign: Up to 9,500 records per license.
  • Daily tokens: 1,000 tokens per license.
  • Minimum licenses: 25.
  • Named agents: Up to 50 agents per license.

What Are the Operational Limits on Shared Servers?

On shared servers, the limits are as follows:

  • Simultaneous predictive campaigns: Maximum 7.
  • Records per campaign: Up to 7,000 records per license.
  • Daily tokens: 1,000 tokens per license.
  • Named agents: Up to 10 agents per license.

What General Restrictions Apply to the Platform?

In addition to the limits per server type, there are general restrictions that apply to operations:

  • IPs per license: Maximum 10 IPs allowed.
  • Simultaneous open sockets per server: 800, for sessions in web applications.
  • Maximum components per Routing Point: 4,000 components per webhook execution, meaning each time the bot is called.
  • Timeout for calls in Voice and Chat Routing Points: 60 minutes.
  • Memory usage in Routing Point: 600 MB.
  • Maximum number of records in monitor: 50,000 records.
  • Records per campaign: Maximum 50,000 records, but only if you have 1 or 2 licenses.

How Long Are the Audios Generated in the Operation Stored?

Audios generated in operations are stored for six months.

If the operation has additional storage, the audios are retained for the time configured in that storage. Once this time is exceeded, the system performs a daily purge of audios that exceed the defined period.

How Many Artifacts Can a Server Have?

The maximum capacity per server for some main artifacts is as follows:

  • Routing points: 1,000 per server.
  • Skills or agent queues: 1,000 per server.
  • Agents: 2,000 per server.

How Long Is Reporting Information Retained?

The information used to generate reports in the Reports section of wolkvox Manager is stored for six months.

If there is additional storage, the associated information will be retained according to the configured time, but with specific conditions:

  • Only records associated with calls are stored.
  • In a traditional telephone interaction, the states are: ready - ring - talk - ACW - ready.
  • After six months, only the preservation of the "talk" state is guaranteed.
  • With additional storage, only reporting associated with voice interactions of agents is guaranteed, complying with the previous condition.
  • Chats and interactions are only stored for six months, regardless of whether there is additional storage.
  • After the configured time and according to the previous conditions, the system performs a daily purge of reporting records that exceed the established time based on the type of interaction.

Are There Special Retention Periods for Specific Reports or Uses?

Yes. Some services and records have different retention times:

  • NLP: 2 months.
  • TTS: 2 months.
  • ASR: 2 months.
  • AMD: 2 months.
  • Speech analytics: 2 months.

In all these cases, the system performs a daily purge of records that exceed this time.

How Long Are IPs Registered in the Firewall Retained?

It depends on the type of IP:

  • Temporary IPs in firewall: Stored for 15 days, provided there is no connection from wolkvox Manager, wolkvox Agent, and phonebox during that period.
  • Permanent IPs in firewall: Only purged when the operation is deleted.

How Long Are Other Internal Platform Elements Retained?

There are other elements with specific persistence times:

  • Corona Token: 90 days.
  • Deleted WhatsApp connectors: 27 days in the database.
  • Deleted omnichannel connectors: 27 days in the database.
  • Flow backups (BKP): Up to 50 records, with a maximum usage time of one year for the backup.

Which Usage Artifacts Are Automatically Purged After Six Months?

There are artifacts whose retention period is six months, regardless of whether there is additional storage. If the last time they were used was more than six months ago, the system purges them daily.

The artifacts included in this rule are:

  • Routing points.
  • Agent extensions.
  • Skills.
  • Agents in skill.
  • Services.
  • PBX extensions.
  • Conference rooms.
  • Voicemail.

What Does This Mean in Practice for the Operation?

In practical terms, this means that the operation must consider three fronts when managing its platform:

  • Operational capacity, to avoid exceeding limits for campaigns, records, agents, or connections.
  • Functional capacity, to know how many artifacts can be created per server.
  • Information retention, to clearly define how long audios, reports, connectors, and other records will be available before automatic purging.

What Is the General Recommendation?

The recommendation is to periodically review:

  • The number of active campaigns,
  • The volume of records loaded,
  • The consumption of artifacts per server,
  • The retention times required by the operation,

to ensure that the wolkvox configuration is aligned with the real needs of the business and with the defined limits for each service.
