Introduction

The "10. Turbo Dial Grouped by Machine Code" report, available in the "Campaigns" tab of the Reports section in wolkvox Manager, allows you to check the number of records grouped by the machine code identified within the Turbo Dial logic. This report is useful for reviewing how the dialing results, which the system considers for the intelligent behavior of this functionality, are distributed.

Before generating this report, it is necessary to select the campaign for which you want to consult the information in the field located above the list of reports in the Campaigns tab. Campaigns are displayed by their ID number. You can also select "All" to obtain a consolidated report for all campaigns.

 

 

Report Information

The columns in this report include the following information:

  • RESULT: Indicates the machine code associated with the dialing result. This column may display values such as:
    • ANSWER-MACHINE: The call was answered by a machine or answering machine.
    • NO-ANSWER: The call was not answered.
    • FAILED: The call failed.
    • ANSWER: The call was answered.
    • CONGESTION: The line experienced congestion.
    • ABANDON: The call was abandoned.
    • BUSY: The line was busy.
    • CHANUNAVAIL: No channel was available to make the outgoing call.
  • RECORDS: Number of times the indicated machine code was detected within the consulted period.
