Introduction

The "12. CDR Sentiment Analysis" report, available in the 'Reports' > 'Diagram Reports' section of wolkvox Manager, allows you to check information related to the use of the Sentiment Analysis component in wolkvox Studio. This report is useful for reviewing which texts were analyzed, when the analysis was executed, and how many billing units were consumed.

The Sentiment Analysis component is used to detect the customer's sentiment based on a variable containing that information.

It classifies the result within the following ranges:

  • [-10, -6.25): Very negative
  • [-6.25, -2.5): Negative
  • [-2.5, 2.5): Neutral
  • [2.5, 6.25): Positive
  • [6.25, 10]: Very positive

 

 

Report Information

The columns in this report include the following information:

  • UNITS: Billing units consumed by the sentiment analysis performed on the processed text.
  • TEXT: Text analyzed by the sentiment analysis component. This corresponds to the content the system evaluated to determine the associated emotional tone.
  • DATE: Date and time when the analysis was generated.

This report is especially useful for tracking the use of the Sentiment Analysis component, reviewing the texts that have been processed, and understanding the consumption associated with this functionality within the flows designed in wolkvox Studio.
