Introduction

The report "1.2. IVR Calls and Minutes per Hour," available in the 'Reports' > 'Diagram Reports' section of wolkvox Manager, allows you to check the number of calls received per hour across all Voice (IVR) routing points in the operation, along with the minutes consumed in those flows. This report is useful for identifying peak traffic hours, analyzing IVR behavior throughout the day, and reviewing minute consumption for each reported hour.

 

 

Report Information

The columns in this report include the following information:

  • DATE: Shows the date and time to which the reported data corresponds. This field groups information by time slot within the queried day, allowing you to identify how many calls and how many IVR minutes were recorded each hour.
  • CALLS: Indicates the number of calls received at the reported date and time for all Voice (IVR) routing points in the operation.
  • IVR_MINUTES: Shows the number of minutes consumed in IVR flows during the reported date and time.

 

Additionally, at the end of the report, a TOTAL row is presented, consolidating:

  • Total number of calls received during the queried period.
  • Total number of minutes consumed in IVR flows during that same date range.
