Introduction Report Information

Introduction

The report "1.4. IVR Calls and Minutes Grouped by IVR," available in the 'Reports' > 'Diagram Reports' section of wolkvox Manager, allows you to check, in a grouped manner, the number of calls and the total time consumed in each Voice (IVR) routing point in the operation. This report is useful for identifying which IVR receives the most traffic, comparing usage between different routing points, and analyzing the total time consumed in each voice flow.

 

 

Report Information

The columns in this report include the following information:

  • RP_ID: Identification number of the routing point. This field allows you to know which IVR the calls and reported time belong to.
  • CALLS: Number of calls that have passed through the routing point during the queried date range.
  • TIME: Total time consumed in the routing point. This value is presented in time format and corresponds to the accumulated sum of the time of calls that went through that IVR.

 

Additionally, at the end of the report, a TOTAL row is presented, consolidating:

  • Total number of calls recorded in the routing points included in the report.
  • Total accumulated time consumed in those IVRs during the queried period.
