Introduction Report Information

Introduction

The "4. Campaign by Machine Result Attempt by Attempt" report, available in the 'Campaigns' tab of the reports section in wolkvox Manager, allows you to check how the machine results of contact attempts made within a campaign are distributed. Unlike the final result report, this report focuses on dialing attempts and shows how many records were associated with each machine code within the queried period.

Before generating this report, it is necessary to select the campaign for which you want to query the information in the field located above the list of reports in the Campaigns tab. Campaigns are displayed by their ID number. You can also select 'All' to obtain a consolidated report of all campaigns.

 

 

Report Information

The columns in this report include the following information:

  • RESULT: Indicates the machine code associated with the result of the contact attempt with the customer. This column can show the following values:
    • ANSWER-MACHINE: The call was answered by a machine or answering machine.
    • NO-ANSWER: The call was not answered.
    • FAILED: The call failed.
    • ANSWER: The call was answered.
    • CONGESTION: The line was congested.
    • ABANDON: The call was abandoned.
    • BUSY: The line was busy.
    • CHANUNAVAIL: No channel was available to make the outgoing call.
  • RECORDS: Indicates the number of campaign records associated with that machine result within the report.
  • PERCENT: Shows the percentage that each machine code represents out of the total records included in the report.

 

Important Consideration About This Report

At the end of the report, a TOTAL row is presented, which consolidates:

  • The total number of records considered in the report.
  • The total accumulated percentage, which corresponds to 100%.

This report is especially useful for analyzing the behavior of dialing attempts in a campaign, identifying which machine results are the most frequent, and understanding how contact attempts are distributed within the queried period.
