What is the "6. Accumulated AMD" Report in Campaigns under wolkvox Manager
Table of Contents
Introduction
The "6. Accumulated AMD" report, available in the 'Campaigns' tab of the reports section in wolkvox Manager, allows you to check the total number of detections made by AMD (Answering Machine Detection) per campaign, i.e., the cases in which the system recognized an answering machine at the time of dialing.
This report is useful for quickly identifying which campaigns have had more answering machine detections and for gaining a consolidated view of this behavior within the queried period.
Before generating this report, it is necessary to select the campaign for which you want to query the information in the field located above the list of reports in the Campaigns tab. Campaigns are displayed by their ID number. You can also select 'All' to obtain a consolidated report of all campaigns.
Report Information
The columns in this report include the following information:
- CAMPAIGN_ID: Identification number of the campaign. In this report, the value may also be shown along with the campaign name, making it easier to identify clearly.
- TOTAL_AMD: Total number of AMD recognitions, i.e., the number of times the system detected an answering machine within the reported campaign.
Important Consideration About the Report
At the end of the report, a Total row is presented, which consolidates the total number of AMD detections included in the report for the selected campaign or for all campaigns if the 'All' option was used.
This report is especially useful for monitoring campaign behavior regarding answering machines, comparing campaigns with each other, and quickly detecting where a higher number of AMD recognitions are concentrated.
