Introduction Report Information

Introduction

The "9. WhatsApp Campaign Records Status" report, available in the Campaigns tab of the Reports section in wolkvox Manager, allows you to check the sending status of messages sent from WhatsApp campaigns. This report is used to review, per record, whether the message was accepted, delivered, read, or failed, as well as the sending date, the last status update, and the error details when applicable.

Before generating this report, it is necessary to select the campaign for which you want to consult the information in the field located above the list of reports in the Campaigns tab. Campaigns are displayed by their ID number. You can also select "All" to obtain a consolidated report for all campaigns.

 

 

Report Information

The columns in this report include the following information:

  • CAMPAIGN_ID: Campaign identification number.
  • TELEPHONE: Customer's phone number to which the WhatsApp message was sent.
  • RESULT: Status of the WhatsApp message delivery. This column may display values such as:
    • Accepted: The message left the platform, but its delivery to the recipient has not yet been confirmed. This value may appear in Cloud API connectors.
    • Delivered: The message was successfully delivered to the recipient.
    • Failed: An error occurred while sending the message.
    • Submitted: The message was sent correctly from the platform, but its delivery to the recipient has not yet been confirmed. This value may appear in Gupshup connectors.
    • Read: The recipient has already read the message.
  • ERROR: Details or reason for the error when the message is not sent successfully. For example, this column may display messages explaining why the message was not delivered or why the channel rejected the sending.
  • DATE: Date and time when the message was sent.
  • LAST_UPDATE: Date and time of the last status update of the message. This field allows you to identify when the record was last updated, for example, when it changed from sent to delivered or from delivered to read.
