Visualization of Typification in Closed WhatsApp Chats in wolkvox Agent

wolkvox Agent now includes the visualization of typification in closed WhatsApp chats directly within the Conversation Detail panel. With this new feature, agents can consult the final information with which the interaction was closed from the main interface itself, without the need to go to other views or modules.

 

When entering a closed WhatsApp chat, the right side panel displays key information about the management performed, such as:

  • The current typification.
  • The name of the agent associated with the closure.
  • The indication that the chat was closed.
  • The closure date.
  • And the registered comment, if any.

 

This allows the agent to have a much clearer reading of the client's recent history and the result with which the conversation ended.

Note: In the Closed tab, only chats managed during the last 24 hours are displayed.

  • Greater clarity on the management result: The final typification and comment allow quickly understanding how the interaction ended.

How to Consult This Information

  1. In wolkvox Agent, go to the left side menu. Click on "Conversations."
  2. Go to the "Closed" tab.
  3. Select a closed WhatsApp chat.
  4. Review the "Detail" panel located on the right side of the screen.
