Dynamic Country Code Configuration in Phone Fields
The new "Hide Country Code" option allows you to choose the format of each phone field independently. You can keep the traditional country selector or use a single field for complete international phone numbers. Everything is supported by unified validation to ensure data quality.
Benefits
- Flexibility: independent configuration for each field.
- Data quality: validation of country codes and phone number lengths.
- Scalability: support for national and international operations.
Considerations
- Phone numbers cannot start with 0 and must meet the length requirements for the corresponding country code.
- Historical records are normalized when edited or saved.
- Historical records without a country code are not automatically assigned one; it must be entered manually.

Field Aliases
Each operation can define the name its team sees for a field without modifying the information already stored. This name appears in forms, lists, and filters. The original field name continues to identify the data for integrations with other systems and for files that those integrations already process. In the Cases module, each case type can have its own display name.
Benefits
- Agents work with terminology specific to their operation and enter information in the correct field.
- Existing integrations, data imports, and processes that reference the original field name continue to work.
Considerations
- The system prevents the use of duplicate names, reserved names, or names that match a standard field in any language. In the Cases module, validation is performed separately for each case type.
- If the field is already in use, those uses must be reviewed and three warnings must be acknowledged.
