New APIs for Managing Files in wolkvox Storage

New APIs have been incorporated into the wolkvox Storage workspace (available in Postman) that allow you to perform key actions on files and folders from external integrations: listing content, querying details, managing visibility (public/restricted), deleting files according to age policies, and uploading files via multipart requests.

The new available APIs are:

• List files: Lists files and folders in wolkvox Storage, including metadata such as name, content type, update date, size, and whether the item is a directory.
• List file details: Queries the details of a specific file (full name, update date, visibility, and size in MB).
• Grant public access: Changes one or more files to public, allowing access via link.
• Change access to restricted: Changes one or more files to restricted, allowing access only from the platform with login.
• Delete files from wolkvox Storage: Deletes one or more files, provided they meet the platform's age policies.
• Upload files to wolkvox Storage: Uploads one or more files using multipart/form-data.

wvx Copilot in Real-Time Can Now Help You Manage Predictive Dialing Campaigns

The wvx Copilot real-time chat (located in the wolkvox Manager Dashboard, within Voice and Text Analysis / Speech Analytics) expands its capabilities: in addition to answering operational queries in natural language and returning results in report format (metrics, lists, and findings), it now also allows you to request the management of predictive dialing campaigns directly from the conversation.

This management is done conversationally: you specify the goal (e.g., "manage campaigns"), the time period, and the campaign priority, and wvx Copilot guides you with confirmations before initiating actions.

Important: Wolkvox allows only one active "Agentic Campaign" per operation, so if one is already active, the chat will not be able to start a new process at that time.

• Less operational friction: You can request campaign management without leaving the Dashboard, from the same wvx Copilot panel.
• Guided and confirmed management: wvx Copilot requests key data (date range, specific campaigns, priority) and asks for confirmation before applying changes.
• Agile adjustments during execution: You can change priorities (e.g., move priority from one campaign to another) using simple prompts.
• Process control: You can stop management when needed and also ask to be reminded which campaigns are under management and with what priority.
