The email channel configuration has been reorganized into a clearer interface: account data, sending, and receiving are grouped and visible, without changing the connection logic or the channel billing.

Increase in Multimedia File Size for WhatsApp

WhatsApp Cloud API no longer uses a single cap of 5 MB. The size is now validated by file type, aligned with Meta: images 5 MB, audio and video 16 MB, documents 100 MB. If the limit is exceeded, the agent receives an alert before sending.

• Documents (PDF, Word, Excel, PPT) up to 100 MB.
• The client receives the file; sends that Meta accepts and then does not deliver are avoided.
• The agent knows the maximum size according to the type, without having to guess.
