Introduction

The report "7. Login - Logout Time" from the "Agents" report group allows you to audit, by agent and by date, the time they logged in, the time they logged out, and how long they remained logged in to wolkvox Manager. It is key for attendance control, shift compliance, validation of incidents (late arrivals/early departures), and traceability of operational availability.

Report Information

  • DATE: Date of the record in YYYY-MM-DD format (e.g., 2026-02-17). Used to segment analysis by day and cross-reference with shifts, attendance, and planning.
  • AGENT_ID: Numeric identifier of the agent (internal ID in the operation). Used for traceability and cross-referencing with other reports or integrations where the agent is referenced by ID.
  • LOGIN: Exact date and time when the agent logs in (timestamp). Used to validate punctuality, connection windows, and consistency with shift start.
  • LOGOUT: Exact date and time when the agent logs out (timestamp). Used to validate end of shift, early disconnections, and effective end of the workday.
  • LOGIN_TIME: Total duration of the session between LOGIN and LOGOUT (hh:mm:ss format, e.g., 4:38:08). Used to measure actual time spent on the platform and compare it with scheduled time.
  • AGENT_NAME: Name of the agent (text, may include prefixes/naming structure of the operation). Used for quick reading of the report and operational analysis without relying solely on IDs.
  • AGENT_DNI: Extension or number assigned to the agent (depending on configuration; usually appears as an internal agent identification number/ANI). Used for cross-referencing with telephony, dialing, or reports where the agent is identified by extension/DNI.
