Introduction

Within wolkvox Manager, the Speech Analytics module includes a chat experience called wvx Copilot. This tool allows you to converse with the operation: you can ask questions in natural language and receive responses in report format, with metrics, lists, and findings (e.g., top agents, sentiment analysis, call distribution, comparisons, and more).

A key point: wvx Copilot can only analyze information generated from the moment it was activated in the wolkvox Manager configuration. In other words, it does not "go back" to periods before its activation.

 

 

What is wvx Copilot in Speech Analytics (Real-Time)?

It is a query chat within Speech Analytics (Voice and Text Analysis). Its purpose is to help you obtain insights and reports without having to build them manually: you ask, and the system returns a structured summary with indicators and findings based on the data available in the operation.

 

 

Activating wvx Copilot in Real-Time Speech Analytics

For the chat to have information available, you must first activate wvx Copilot in real-time:

  1. In wolkvox Manager, click on Settings (⚙️) in the top right menu.
  2. In the settings window, go to the "wvx Copilot" tab.
  3. In the "Configuration" sub-tab:
  4. Select the Language (general language of the operation).
    • Enable the checkbox "Activate Copilot in real-time (real-time speech analytics)."
  5. Click "Save."
    • Important: From that moment on, wvx Copilot will start having information to respond and generate reports.

 

 

Access Path

  1. In wolkvox Manager, access the Dashboard from the left sidebar menu.
  2. At the top, go to "Voice and Text Analysis" (Speech Analytics).
  3. Go to the "Home" tab.
  4. In that module, you will see the wvx Copilot panel located on the right, with the header "wvx Copilot."

 

 

How to Use the wvx Copilot (Real-Time) Chat

 

Sending a Prompt

  1. Write your query in the bottom field of the chat (writing area).
  2. Press "ENTER" to send.
    1. Note: This prompt space also accepts pasting an image copied from the operating system's clipboard.

 

 

What It May Ask You at the Beginning

If there are no defined parameters yet, the chat may ask you for:

  • A date range or period (month/day).
  • The channel to audit (e.g., Voice, Chat, Email).
  • It may also show quick access options by focus, such as:
    • Conversion (Sales)
    • Recovery (Collections)
    • CX Score (Quality)
  • Examples of useful questions (based on what is seen in the reports):
    • "Tell me the best agents of 2026."
    • "Which agents had the best sentiment rating last month?"
    • "Generate a sentiment analysis for the period from [start date] to [end date]."
    • "Show me a leaderboard with volume, effectiveness, and efficiency."
  • What type of output it generates: Depending on the prompt, it can return reports with:
    • Indicator cards (e.g., totals, averages).
    • Lists (e.g., "Leaderboard" / top agents).
    • Graphs or distributions (e.g., call distribution).
    • Written analysis sections with conclusions and recommendations.

 

 

Manage Predictive Dialing Campaigns with wvx Copilot

In addition to generating reports and insights in natural language, you can now ask wvx Copilot in Speech Analytics (Real-Time) to help you manage predictive dialing campaigns directly from the chat.

To do this, start the conversation by clearly indicating the goal, the time period, and whether it should manage all campaigns or just some, including which one should have priority.

During the conversation, wvx Copilot may request confirmations before executing the management, and it also allows you to change the priority campaign, remind you what it is managing, and stop the management when you indicate.

Important Note: Wolkvox allows only one active Agentic Campaign per operation. If one is already active, it will not be possible to start a new management process at that time.

 

Prompt Examples

  • "I want you to help me manage predictive dialing campaigns."
  • "From today until March 15th, I want all campaigns and give priority to campaign 24280."
  • "Change the priority, I now want you to give priority to campaign 24281."
  • "Remind me what you are managing."
  • "Stop the management."

 

 

Sending Prompts with Voice Notes in wvx Copilot

In addition to manually typing your queries, the wvx Copilot chat in Speech Analytics (Real-Time) allows you to send prompts via voice notes, making interaction with the tool even more agile within the Dashboard. At the bottom of the wvx Copilot panel, where you normally type the prompt, you will find a microphone button. When you click on this icon, voice recording is activated.

 

 

Key Buttons and Functions of the Chat

 

Conversation History

  1. Hamburger menu (☰): Conversation history
  2. Opens a list with previous chats. You can select one to re-enter and review the content or continue the conversation.
    1. Note: After this period of time, chats are deleted. You can create up to a maximum of 100 conversations in the wvx Copilot chat for real-time voice and text analysis in the wolkvox Manager Dashboard. Each chat will be saved for approximately 1 month, starting from its last use.

 

 

Download (cloud with downward arrow): Export to HTML.

Downloads the conversation in HTML format, ideal for saving the report as it was generated (includes visualizations and analysis structure).

 

 

 

Clear Chat (broom): Empty Current Conversation

Clears the chat on screen to start a new query in the same panel.
