Please review these points before escalating the case:
Initial validations
Review the following information before escalating the case to the Wolkvox service desk:
- Exchange Status: Log in to wolkvox Manager and verify that the minutes exchange is active and has sufficient available balance.
- Prefixes and Routes: Verify that the configured prefix is correct for the destination.
- Source tests: If the failure occurs from the Wolkvox Agent, try sending from a Campaign or via the API to rule out that it is a failure of a single sending method.
- Connectivity : If you encounter a 404 error, verify that the service URL is correct and has not been recently changed. Postman .
- If the problem persists, gather the following information to escalate to the Wolkvox service desk:
- Name of the affected operation.
- Percentage of impact / Number of positions affected.
- Medium through which the failure occurs (API, Campaign or Wolkvox Agent).
- Screenshot of the error and time the message was sent (HH:MM:SS).
Possible Causes
- The error may occur because the minutes bundle is out of balance, disabled, or expired.
- An integration error occurred with the Provider API.
- This error can occur due to incorrect prefix configuration or an incorrect SMS route.
- API endpoint resolution error (404 Not Found).
