Introduction

In wolkvox Manager, you can check the current connection status of a previously integrated WhatsApp connector. This validation allows you to quickly review the line quality of the connector and confirm its health status from the channel configuration.

Note: This functionality for checking the health status of a WhatsApp connector applies only to WhatsApp connectors of the Cloud API type.

 

 

Configuration

  1. Go to "Configuration" from the top-right menu in wolkvox Manager.
  2. Then, go to the "Omni Channel" tab.
  3. Next, go to the "WhatsApp" tab. There, you will see the list of integrated connectors.
  4. Locate the connector you want to check and click "Edit".

 

 

Within the connector configuration, locate the Line Quality field and click the Update button. After doing so, the system will display the current connection status of that WhatsApp connector.

 

 

This way, you can check the health status of the connector directly from wolkvox Manager.
