Introduction

The report "2. Calls and Approximate Telephone Usage by Agent" from the "CDR" report group allows you to visualize, for each agent, how many calls they made and the associated telephone consumption/cost. It is useful for operational and financial control, detecting agents with high consumption, comparing teams, and tracking call management spending trends (keeping in mind that the calculation is approximate).

 

 

Report Information

  • CALLS: Total number of calls associated with that agent during the queried period; displayed as a numeric value (e.g., 124, 51, 33) and allows you to identify call volume handled per person.
  • AGENT_NAME: Name of the agent attributed with those calls, useful for filtering, auditing, and comparisons between agents or teams.
  • COST: Approximate telephone consumption/cost associated with the agent's calls during the period.
