This monitoring is done by directly accessing the home screen or first module of the Partner Portal , called the Dashboard . It is the main starting point that provides a macro view of the ecosystem of active operations without needing to access the internal administration of each one.

Answer / Solution

As a continuous visual monitoring tool, it does not require collecting specific client parameters, but it is essential that you have current access credentials to the Partner Portal to view information from the respective associated accounts.

The Dashboard or Control Panel allows for proactive and operational monitoring of live operations through three key management functionalities:

1. Real-time monitoring

It offers a direct and instant visualization of the overall status and activity of all current operations that the partner has within the platform.

2. Licensing Management

It allows for detailed auditing and verification of the exact number of licenses that are active for each operation, facilitating the validation of commercial consumption.

3. Live user status

It provides detailed control over the agent force in real time, allowing you to identify:

• How many users are currently logged in (connected/logge) to the system.
• How many of those connected users are on a phone call? at that moment.

• The operations manager is advised to use this dashboard at the beginning and during peak service hours to anticipate licensing overloads or massive connection failures.
