Symptom / Need

As a business partner or administrator, you need an overview of the Partner Portal to understand the scope of the tool, identify which monitoring and self-management modules are available to you in real time, and know the list of actions you can take independently on your operations.

Context / Scenarios

The Partner Portal is designed as a comprehensive console for the administration, provisioning, and monitoring of all Wolkvox workbooks and operations in real time.

The technical management of telephony, network security, commercial control and support channels are centralized in one place without the need to depend on intermediaries for day-to-day processes.

Answer / Solution

Partner Portal Features

The portal allows you to fully manage the lifecycle of your operations. To help you, we've outlined the main modules and functionalities that you, as a Partner, can directly access:

1. Dashboard (Control Panel)

It offers an overview of the status of active operations, allowing you to check assigned licenses and see live how many users are logged in or on a call.

2. Agent Management

It allows you to delve deeper into the individual data of each advisor, analyze connectivity latency to Google Cloud, audit states (such as Not Ready) and automatically increase or decrease licenses.

3. DNIS (Traffic) Monitoring

Monitor inbound call traffic for the last 20 minutes of each phone number to identify trunk anomalies.

4. Administration and Creation of Operations

Central module for creating new projects from scratch in Google Cloud. Allows you to configure licenses, notification emails, superuser security, storage, and screen recording.

5. Telephone Routing (Trunks, Routes, Prefix)

Sequential configuration of outgoing and incoming telephony using the SIP protocol, allowing the creation of trunks, handling of dial digits, and establishment of priority prefixes.

6. IP to Firewall (Whitelists)

Immediate registration and debugging of public IP addresses to securely authorize access for agents, supervisors, VDI environments, or API integrations.

7. Commercial Quotation Tool (Quotes)

A tool to check real-time rates, verify product implementation costs, and generate detailed economic proposals for end customers.

8. DNIS Inventory (Dnis Config)

Query panel of all active numbers (DIDs) assigned to manage and modify the simultaneous call limit (concurrency).

9. Support Module

Technical incident reporting channel and generation of dynamic access codes to receive assistance via the support bot.

Recommendations

  • This list is an induction guide for new Partner Portal administrators.
  • Before making advanced changes to critical modules (such as telephone routing or firewall), be sure to consult the specific guide for that module to avoid operational impacts.
