Introduction
In chat customer service operations, spelling and message clarity directly influence the customer's perception. To support agents and standardize writing quality, wvx Copilot includes an automatic corrector that adjusts the text before the message reaches the customer, without changing the agent's workflow.
This autocorrect feature applies to chats handled from wolkvox Agent and works on channels such as web chat widget, WhatsApp, Instagram Direct, and Facebook Messenger.
Configuration
Follow these steps to enable the automatic autocorrect feature in chats:
- In wolkvox Manager, click on the configuration icon (⚙️) located in the top-right menu.
- In the Configuration window, open the "wvx Copilot" tab.
- Enable the checkbox "Enable Copilot in chats."
- Then, enable the checkbox "Enable automatic chat corrector."
- Finish by clicking "Save."

What Happens After Enabling It?
When the agent writes a message with spelling errors in the chat input field and sends it, wvx Copilot automatically corrects the text before it is delivered to the customer. In other words: the agent can write normally, but the customer receives the message with corrected spelling.
