Introduction Report Information

Introduction

The "9. Email Detail" report from the "CDR" report group allows you to audit email communications managed in the operation in detail. It includes information on when emails were registered, the channel/email route through which they were processed, who sent and received them, as well as the subject and content. This report is especially useful for case tracking, communication traceability, and compliance validation (e.g., confirming what was responded and when).

Report Information

  • CHANNEL: Identifies the email route/channel through which the email was registered. In the view, it appears in the format email-route-#### (e.g., email-route-6143), where the numeric suffix corresponds to the routing point identifier.
  • DATE: Date and time when the email was recorded in the CDR (format: YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS). Useful for auditing and placing the event on a timeline.
  • FROM: Sender's email address (who sent the email). Key for identifying whether the message originated from an external account or an operational account.
  • TO: Recipient's email address (to whom the email was sent). Useful for verifying the final recipient and validating routing.
  • SUBJECT: Subject of the email. Allows for quick identification of the message's purpose and facilitates manual searches by topic.
  • BODY: Body/content of the email recorded in the report. Used to confirm the content sent/received, review commitments, evidence, or information shared during management.
